Our offices are following CDC guidelines to keep everyone healthy but if you do not feel comfortable coming in, many insurances will pay for live telehealth visits over the computer or smartphone.

How does Telehealth PT work?

• Even without being hands-on, PTs are experts in evaluating joint and soft tissue injuries. By asking the right questions and instructing you through different movements to test for weakness or pain we can often make the right diagnosis over a live video chat.
• We can provide instructions on ways to decrease pain and advise on what not to do, to avoid further injury.
• We can demonstrate, prescribe, and email home exercises to help heal.
• Telehealth Physical Therapy is also ideal for those who are waiting on surgery. We can help control pain and keep you safely exercising so you are better prepared.
