Kathy earned her Physical Therapy degree from City University of New York (CUNY college) in 2007 and took several nutrition classes during her undergrad. Kathy has experience in areas such as post-op rehab, spinal cord injury, orthopedics, vestibular rehab and is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), as well as Dry Needling. After graduation, she continued to advance her skills in orthopedic settings and began travel therapy throughout New York, Chicago and Arizona. She is trained in IASTM as well as SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), Graston Technique, and FMS (Functional Movement Screen). In her free time, she enjoys long distance road biking, staying active, trying new restaurants and cooking/creating healthy recipes at home.
