These principles (and a lot of hard work) have enabled us to grow from a single clinic with 1 physical therapist to 34 physical therapists and 7 clinics! My vision has always been to change the standard of care by heightening each patient's expectations of their Physical Therapy treatment experience. At 360 Physical Therapy & Aquatic Centers, we are making that happen. Our patients can and should expect the following:
Appointments that begin on time, or within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time
Continuity of care from the same knowledgeable and professional physical therapist from initial evaluation all the way through final discharge. Some exceptions may be made for pool visits or to accommodate staff vacation time
A courteous and friendly front office staff
Sufficient and ample 1-on-1 time with your therapist. Requests for additional 1-on1 time with your therapist may be accommodated
