Have both my Mom for shoulder replacement therapy and Dad whose 84 for balance issues. The difference in my Dad is amazing. Pablo and Lindsey are the perfect touch for my Mom who can be stubborn. They still get the job done. So thankful I found this place!! The front office girl is so easy to work with and schedule. She really knows her job well.

I heard about this place 360 Physical Therapy from my sister. Everything she said is absolutely true, Troy is my Physical Therapist and his beside manners are impeccables his professionalism assures me that I am in good hands. My Mayo drs are impressed with my feedback . I am trying to avoid surgery from a slipped Dics that is pinching my nerve in my lower back. So far therapy is helping with the pain along with Epidural injections. I love the one on one therapy that I receive this lets me know I am doing the exercises correctly. A lot of places just leave you to do what they tell you but 360 helps you and watches you for good results, one of the things my sister liked. I am confident that I can avoid surgery with Troy's help. The atmosphere is calm and clean. I would recommend checking this place out. I have been at Mayo physical therapy clinic, Orthopedic Az physical therapy, Foothills physical therapy etc. and this 360 Physical Therapy is the most attention I have received for my condition. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at the Val Vista and Williams Field location are awesome! They are caring and want only the best for their patients. Dr. Pablo Sanchez is the best in his treatment plan and Rachel (PTA) is phenomenal at working with you to get your body healthy and back to where it needs to be. I love the aqua therapy and the pool is warm so your joints and muscles don’t have to works so hard to keep up. They have helped me tremendously and I would not be where I am today without them. Thank you Dr. Sanchez, Rachel and staff for caring for us the way you do. I am forever grateful to you all.

I’ve been going to 360 therapy for about 4 weeks now, and have had a wonderful experience! I work with Austin and at times I’ve worked with Rachel. Both of these team members keep me motivated to work on my rehab. I am always welcomed with a smile and good conversation from not only them but basically everyone in the building!! 10/10 Recommend!!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.

Do you offer complimentary consultations?

We are proud to offer complimentary injury screenings with one of our certified licensed specialists who will discuss your area of discomfort and offer suggestions for next steps in care, if appropriate. For your convenience, consultations will last no longer than 15 minutes and are available over the phone or in person.
